Julie was amazing! Although I had moved out of town, Julie made it easy to connect with me and coordinate the selling of my home. I had most of my furniture and belongings out of the house as I had moved to Providence, RI 10 months before. Julie staged the house with her own furniture, rugs, curtains, and added an artistic touch with plants and artwork to make the home look warm and welcoming. The very first buyer that walked in during a pre-showing was immediately taken with the house and put in a generous offer that was over and above the listed price with no contingencies. It couldn't have been easier! Julie helped me through the paperwork and it was a done deal in record time. Words don't quite get it right for how much gratitude my daughter and I have for Julie. She held our hands through every step of this process. My home was in shambles and I didn't have any hope at all.
