Julie is amazing! Prior to even listing our home she was out in the community networking for us and generating interested. Within five hours of our home hitting the market we had an accepted offer, over asking price. It never felt like a transaction and I feel 100 percent confident that she fought for us to get the best deal. She was knowledgeable about the market, and helpful when it came to identifying contractors for repairs. Not to mention, her decorating skills and staging recommendations are point! So much so that I may need to hire her to decorate our new home. While we hope to not buy or sell anytime soon, Julie will be our first call when that time comes. Julie was a fantastic realtor. We were a little concerned with how long it would take to sell our house in River Hills, as it seems to take more than a year to sell in this area. Before putting on the market, Julie came up with a marketing plan that included drone photography and an inside view of the house that you could do a virtual walk through. This was such a great idea. People could really get a sense for what it was like inside the house before touring. She was also very smart and reasonable about what she thought the market would allow for our house. She has connections with a great company that does staging, which we really needed as our house was empty. She even brought over a few finishing touches such as planters in the front of the house and few additional decorative accents to give the house a homey feel. All the work she put into it before putting on the market really paid off. We had an accepted offer within 3 weeks!! This almost never happens in River Hills! Our 1st buyer lost his job and we had to put the house back on the market. But Julie quickly put the word out and before the weekend was out, we had another buyer, who is now the new happy owner. Julie is a GREAT Realtor!! She's smart, presents everything really well and really knows her stuff, which many realtors have similar qualities. But what really stands her apart is her personality.
