About Julie Anne Olson

I believe that a house sale and a home search should be - above everything else - fun and exciting! I ask a mega-ton of questions to get the clearest, best idea possible of who you truly are and how you really LIVE in your home. I genuinely care about my clients and will put the time and energy into this process with you and work my hardest to take as much stress out of the equation as possible for you. I am incredibly hard-working, driven, genuine, and creative!

I am extremely proud of being awarded as All-Company Rookie of the Year for Volume in 2017 - it was a huge honor and one I'll never forget!

I live in Fox Point with my husband and our three wild children. We also have a really great (albeit incredibly lazy) house cat, Peabo Bryson. Craig and I have been married since February of 2003. Before moving our family to Fox Point in 2008 we lived in Riverwest for nearly 15 years and loved our vibrant and eclectic urban life there. We bought our cozy stone ranch in Fox Point for a little more room for our growing children to roam, and we could not be happier there - we absolutely love our home, my beautiful flower garden, our neighborhood and friends, and the community! Avid swimmers, we Olsons are also giant fans of The Fox Point Pool!!

My super-cool husband is the Bosun (old-timey sailor-speak for "Boss Man" on a Great Lakes ore and coal freighter. He's also a rather well-respected maritime historian as well as a great husband and incredible dad. He's is a genuinely good guy.

Our daughter an avid interior design enthusiast (she eagerly helps stage my listings and actually has quite the eye for style and design!) She's a wonderfully responsible conscious citizen of this planet, and I grow prouder of the young woman she's becoming every day (provided it isn't a day when she's been rolling her eyes at me too much!)

Our middle son loves science, wars, natural disasters, and reading. Serious, sensitive, quiet, and introspective, he is a river that runs far and deep. He's my Little Middle - although I'm not allowed to call him that in front of his friends anymore.

Our youngest son is my little firecracker baby. He's a budding bass guitarist and a pretty accomplished skateboarder. If you're ever in my neighborhood chances are pretty good that you'll see my boys skating down the street  - but you'll likely hear that firecracker long before you see him because his noise levels are high. You'll have to go to the coffee shop to find our daughter, though, because she's a teenager.

In case it isn't already obvious, my family is really important to me. In my spare time I am a devoted Fox Point Pool attendee, an enthusiastic flower gardener (my clematis vines are breathtaking, I'm not joshing), ferocious Scrabble player, Jurassic Park fan, and generally cheerful person. I consider everyone a potential friend.
